JAGEN UND FISCHEN 2022 cannot take place

The general conditions for a light-hearted industry get-together have deteriorated considerably as a result of recent developments in the corona pandemic. The ongoing dynamics do not provide exhibitors with sufficient planning certainty for the mid-January event date. The agreed facilitations through booster vaccinations, among other things, are only taking effect with a delay. The most important industry dates for hunt and fishery, so also the JAGEN UND FISCHEN in Augsburg, draw from the present situation their consequences for the popular prelude event of the yearly.

"As an experienced trade fair organizer, we face major challenges every day, so we cannot ignore the current developments. After intensive consultations with industry representatives, partners and exhibitors at the fair, we have decided to pause JAGEN UND FISCHEN in 2022," explains Lorenz A. Rau, Managing Director of Messe Augsburg.

Rau continues, "We will sharpen the JAGEN UND FISCHEN conceptually and also develop it further, come back strengthened in 2023 and continue the positive development in Augsburg."

The next JAGEN UND FISCHEN will take place from 13 to 15 January 2023 at the Augsburg trade fair grounds.
