This is the absolute highlight for all young anglers: the leading indoor casting championship in southern Germany. Here they compete in the Arenberg and Skish disciplines. The competition is a great entertainment factor and is accordingly a magnet for visitors.
The precision casting with the fishing rod for beginners and professionals is also popular, and is held on Saturday.
The competition is organized by Messe Augsburg in cooperation with the Landesfischereiverband Bayern e.V. / Abteilung Fischerjugend (Bavarian State Fishery Association / Young Anglers’ Department) and the Landesfischereiverband Baden-Württemberg e.V. (Baden-Württemberg State Fishing Association).
