Wild Game Show Kitchen
At the Wild Game Show Kitchen (Hall 3), dishes are prepared live from the initial ingredients through to the finished meal. Visitors can not only watch but also taste the results – a treat for all the senses. The Wild Game Show Kitchen is supported by the Office for Food, Agriculture and Forestry (AELF), the Augsburg Hunters' Association, Messe Augsburg, and sponsors.
Birds of Prey Shows and Flight Demonstrations in the Outdoor Area
Marvel at the “elegant hunters of the skies” during our flight demonstrations in the outdoor area.
Hunting Horn Players
Musical accompaniment throughout the exhibition, as well as a concert on Sunday by the hunting horn ensemble "Horrido" Augsburg e.V.
Young Hunters' Tour
Scheduled and professionally guided tours for novice hunters to various exhibiting manufacturers of firearms and optics. Hunting students will have the opportunity to receive objective and accessible information about the equipment they may use in the future.

Fishing Experience World
Discover native fish and plant species in an impressive aquarium show. This year, learn more about the impact of climate change on aquatic habitats through the Swabian Fisheries Association and the Fisheries Advisory Service of the District of Swabia.
Fish Show Kitchen
Preparation of delicious fish dishes, among others in cooperation with the Swabian Fisheries Association. Enjoy live cooking, sample the dishes, and be inspired by new recipes.
South German Indoor Casting Championship
Beginners and professionals alike can compete in precision casting with a fishing rod. Under the direction of the Bavarian and Baden-Württemberg State Fisheries Associations, the winners will be determined in the Arenberg and Skish disciplines. Anglers' Forum
In addition to a wide variety of exhibitors, the Anglers' Forum accompanies the exhibition throughout the day with a diverse programme of presentations. Here, you have the opportunity to meet the speakers in person and exchange ideas with other interested visitors.
The hunting dog exhibition area enjoys great popularity. At the special show of hunting dogs, more than 50 different hunting dog breeds and varieties are presented. The breeding associations not only showcase their dogs but also demonstrate them in action during large-scale displays.
The Jagdhundeonlinekongress, organised by Veronika Rothe (DogForward), will take place in person in Augsburg alongside JAGEN UND FISCHEN in 2027. The previous congress attracted around 6,700 online participants and featured 34 renowned speakers, including Kristina Räder, Jürgen Böttcher, Dennis Panthen and Andreas Gomsi.

The Forest of the Future
Discover how our native forests are changing as a result of climate change and how responsible game management can help support the forest. This year, visitors can look forward to an interactive quiz experience on the topic of forest trees, bringing these important issues closer to both young and old alike.
